Each rite, in plain language.

Halq or Taqsir
Men shave or trim their hair; women trim a fingertip’s length. You leave ihram.

Arafah & Muzdalifah
Stand at Arafah from noon until sunset in supplication; spend the night at Muzdalifah.
Jamarat & Tawaf

03 · Before you book
Questions to ask any agency — including us.
A good operator answers all of these in writing, before taking a deposit.
- What exactly is included in the price?
Flights, visa, hotels, meals, transport, Mina and Arafah — each one should be listed, not implied. - How far are the hotels from the Haram?
Ask for the hotel names and walking distance. It shapes every day of your stay, especially with elders. - How large is the group?
Smaller groups mean you are known by name, and no one gets lost in the crowd. - Who will guide us, and are they qualified?
A Shariah guide who travels with the group is not the same as a briefing in Dhaka. - What is the deposit and refund policy?
Know what is refundable, and when, before you pay anything. - What support is there for elderly pilgrims?
Wheelchairs, assistance at crossings, and someone reachable at all hours should be arranged in advance.
